Bent To Face Brazil

Darren Bent has finally (and justly) been called up to the England squad to face Brazil in an International friendly game.
Darren Bent was delighted to hear the good news and ´tweeted´ a message of thanks for “all people connected to SAFC for making it possible again”.
He commented on the Sunderland website: “I do think I’m playing better now and I’m really happy to be back in the England set up.
“Steve Bruce rang me when he found out I’d been called up and he had some nice words for me. That means a lot.
“It would be great to play alongside Wayne (Rooney) and hopefully we can start up a partnership.
“I’m confident England can beat Brazil, it should be a good game.
“I’m really looking forward to it.”
He´s really given his all to our cause since signing and he´s been rewarded for his hard work.
